MAAL 'Bestial' Malbec
MAAL quite simply stands for, Malbec-As-Alfredo-Likes. Named “Bestial”, an expression for “brutal and tremendous”, because that is how the wine showed after fermentation. Grapes for this Malbec come from vines that were abandoned for years, producing very few, small and concentrated clusters. Trying to tame this beast is every year a fantastic challenge, and the dragon biting its tail symbolizes the culmination of that challenge. Rich and full with dark red fruit and hints of cinnamon and clove. Soft on the finish. Deep bramble fruit.
