The initial concept was simple: pay tribute to Kings County and the moonshine culture they champion—so rather than mask their white whiskey with synthetic flavourings, they've tried to complement it with a botanical-led recipe, where each ingredient has a specific purpose. Acidic fruitiness of sour cherries, Allspice, coriander and hibiscus. Sip or mix into whiskey cocktails for a unique twist on the classics.
